Riccardo Pansini has been working as a researcher in evolutionary biology and economics at Yunnan University of Finance and Economics and Dali University since 2018. Before that, he was at the Chinese Academy of Science for four years. Pansini is a behavioral economist but has been trained in evolutionary biology and examines traits related to self-image in humans as a social species. He has also lived in Italy, France, and Turkey. In 2020 he focused on climate change and blockchain.
